New Campaign to Introduce Israeli Telecom Technologies to African Companies towards MWC, Barcelona Next Year

South Africa, with it’s more than 50 Million mobile subscribers, a relatively low penetration rate of Internet Access, relatively low coverage and a competitive market, seem to be one of the most attractive and potential markets for our company portfolio.

Driven by innovation, creativity and a long history of success, the Israeli Telecommunications industry had become a global leader. The Israeli Export and International Cooperation Institute and The Embassy of Israel to South Africa have taken upon themselves the mission to promote new innovative and high potential telecommunications vendors in areas such as: VAS, content & content enablers, network equipment, network and bandwidth management and more – into the African market.

The purpose of the new campaign to provide a high level review of the Israeli Hi-Tech industry,  and the telecommunications industry in particular. We will review the major trends in the telecommunications market and the major challenges this industry is facing and expected to deal with in the coming years. We will present very briefly, the solutions offered by the companies that will present in the Israeli Export Institute booth in MWC 2011 in Barcelona, and how these solutions can support telecommunications services providers dealing with their challenges. Our purpose is to create a dialogue between your company and the representatives of selected leading Israeli vendors.
