  1. I suppose most individuals believe IPTV is the Internet, so more experts need to making this point. I guess some people believe that if they have a broadband service that they will be able to hook up a cable to their TVs and go. More data on this would be very helpful. At the same time, once IPTV is unconstrained, it will rise dramatically IF all IPTV generators (e.g., television or video sources) are allowed, not stopped. Hacks who desire to take on blocking are likely to win, history suggests.
